Your email accounts hosted by Absolute Marketing Group can be forwarded to outside email addresses. There are few different ways that forwarders can be set up.
Contacting us to set up a forwarder
First of all, you can contact us to have us set up a forwarder for you. Please use our Support Request form to request a forwarder set up. Provide us with the email account that you need forwarded, along with the email address that it should forward to.
Setting up forwarders using a Control Panel
If your email accounts are on our Windows hosting servers, and using SmarterMail as your web mail application, you can log into your web mail account and add a forwarder by visiting your account settings after logging in.
If your email accounts are on our Linux hosting servers, and using Horde, SquirrelMail, or Roundcube, you can log into your web mail and add a forwarder from the mail client selection screen. If you are brought directly to either Horde, SquirrelMail or Roundcube after logging in, you will need to log out first and then log back in from the Cpanel login screen to see the forwarder setup options.
If you are not brought directly to either of those three email clients after logging in, you will see the forwarder setup options right after logging into your webmail, on the screen where you can choose either Horde, SquirrelMail or Roundcube.
