Sometimes you may run into a situation where you or anybody else who tries to view your website from one physical location, such as your office, can’t view your website, but everybody else in the world can.

This does happen sometimes, and it’s easy to fix. Usually this just indicates that somehow the firewall or security features of the web server or website have been activated. It can happen due to false alarms.

For Example: If a staff member tries repeatedly to log into a control panel or email account and fails, due to forgotten passwords, this can sometimes lock out users temporarily or even permanently.

If this happens to you, send us an email at support@absolutemg.com and we can check the security logs for such incidents and let you back into the server or website. We can also consider listing your IP address in the white lists to prevent future accidental blocking.
